The new direct routes are: Maracaibo\/Santo Domingo and Barquisimeto\/Santo Domingo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rutas A\u00e9reas (Rutaca) is cleared to operate two flights per week, on Mondays and Fridays to Maracaibo.
