Fernandez will meet with the heads of state of other 15 members of the group of Caribbean nations that benefit from the agreement. A source in the Presidential Palace told Hoy reporter Diego Pesquiera that all 16 heads of state and heads of beneficiary governments will be present at the summit.<\/p>\n<p> The main item on the agenda is the hefty increases in the price of a barrel of oil.
