The Ministry of Environment first explanation by Yeral Segura is that the species were dragged to sea with the flooding of the rivers in Azua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In another development related to heavy rains that have affected Azua, the Center for Emergency Operations (COE) said that an autopsy identified the corpse as that of 37-year old \u00c1lvarez Gerardo.
