Her professor, John Kelly Martinez is charged with violent rape and not taking her for medical care in time. Kelly Mart\u00ednez&#8217;s cousin, Rubiel Morillo Martinez, is also under arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The autopsy has revealed more on the tragedy. The case is to be heard in a court in Higuey, La Altagracia province. The prosecutors submitted the accusations on 4 June 2023 after reconstructing the final hours of the 16-year old.
