The DR defeated Mexico (3-1) to win the championship with scores of 18-25, 25-23, 12-25 and 24-26. Argentina came in third place in the event after defeating Peru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Dominican Republic is now a five-time straight U23 Women\u2019s Pan American Cup winner.
