In many cases, the school were not accepting children without birth certificates after sixth grade. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The situation mostly affects would-be Haitian students, but there are also hundreds of thousands of offspring of would-be Dominican nationals without legal documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ministry will provide the guidelines for parents to undergo special procedures to provide their children with birth certificates.
