The charge was deposited on Wednesday, 2 August 2023 to the Supreme Court of Justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Public Ministry says it has evidence the illicitly-obtained money came from an alleged network headed by her husband, businessman Miguel Arturo L\u00f3pez Florencio (Micky L\u00f3pez).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The process against the ruling Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM) legislator will be heard in the Supreme Court given that her status as a member of Congress awards privileged jurisdiction.
