The United States Attorney&#8217;s Office in Puerto Rico agreed to prosecute their cases.<\/p>\n<p> The migrants, 120 men and 37 women, were traveling illegally to Puerto Rico aboard a 50-foot grossly overloaded wooden &#8216;yola&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;This was a very dangerous case with the potential of turning into a mass casualty search and rescue operation,&#8221; said Capt.
