The animated film is the brainchild of Juan Luis Guerra, who is the producer. The film is was directed by his Jean Gabriel Guerra and Jonathan Melendez. Young Guerra has experience working with the musical videos of his father.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The animated film has an incredible score of music, including several legendary tracks of Juan Luis Guerra, and the voices of singers Juanes of Colombia, Hector Anibal Dominican Republic, Luis Fonsi and Amelia Vega, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is about Captain Wasp, a Caribbean superhero who fights for good. The story takes place in Waspatropolis and the Honey Kingdom, which live in harmony in the honeycomb protected by their Hero, Captain Wasp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But his arch-enemy Hornet Jaques Poison and his henchmen plan to end that peace and take over both colonies. It is in the hands of Captain Wasp to defend his people at all costs, as always, with nobility, justice and innocence, summarized in his war cry: \u201cStrong and Brave, never Lie!\u201d\u2026 a statement that will be put to use tested by his greatest enemies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
