He was a member of the board of directors of the National School of the Judiciary and the Cooperative of Judicial Servants. He also is a Certified Official of Conciliator and Liquidator Law No. 141-15 on Restructuring and Liquidation of Business Companies and Individuals. He has been a consultant to the International Labor Organization (ILO), a consultant to USAID-El Salvador, and honorary advisor to the Central American Parliament.
