Toll booths in the Dominican Republic reported 1,668,608 vehicles crossed the stations during Easter Week, from Monday, 25 March to Sunday, 31 March 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Red Vial statistics breakdown of stats are:
Monday, 25 March: 241,787 vehicles
Tuesday, 26 March: 254,536 vehicles
Wednesday, 27 March: 287,927 vehicles
Thursday, 28 March: 307,062 vehicles
Friday, 29 March: 173,365 vehicles
Saturday, 30 March: 180,727 vehicles
Sunday, 31 March: 223,204<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most transited toll stations were those at Las Americas Highway (233,489), Duarte Highway (147,642), San Cristobal\u2019s 6 de Noviembre Highway (139,098) and the Sanchez Highway (also headed to San Cristobal) with 113,732.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The La Romana toll booths reported Coral I 124,973 vehicles, Coral II 112,477 vehicles and La Romana 111,159 vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Section I in Santiago reported 115,578; Section II 86,831 and Section III 77,785.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Azua toll booth reported traffic of 69,567 vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As to the Samana toll road, recently added to the Red Vial, the toll stations reported: Naranjal 80,337, Marbella 65,018, Guaraguao 53,204 and Catey 21,498.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The director of RD Vial, Jean Luis Rodr\u00edguez, said that this year there were no bottlenecks at the toll booths. He highlighted the movement of Dominicans and visitors to different areas of the country has a strong and dynamic economic impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
