He has six days to present his defense to Judge Amauri Martinez of the Third Court of Instruction of the National District.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jean Alain Rodr\u00edguez Sanchez was Attorney General from 2016 to 2020. He is accused of corruption, bribery and asset laundering for more than RD$6 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of 63 accused in the named Medusa Operation (41 individuals and 22 companies), 26 have pled guilty, including 17 individuals and nine companies.
