De la Rosa Mateo was ordered to await trial in a Dajabon jail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The court allowed the two others involved in the charge to post bond for RD$500,000 but these are not allowed to leave the country so they may appear as needed as the case advances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rafael Jos\u00e9 de la Rosa Mateo is the son of former PLD legislator Rosa Sonia Mateo Espinosa (2010-2016). She had claimed her son was a victim of a dirty campaign against her by sitting and reelected mayor Santiago Riveron.
