De la Cruz is accused of the rape of a 14-year old Haitian migrant during a Migration Agency sweep for undocumented in Veron, La Altagracia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Public Ministry file, De la Cruz entered the victim&#8217;s residence and took advantage that the girl was alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The investigation was begun after the mother of the minor placed a complaint.
