The corpses of the children had been flown in from the United States. The Ministry of Foreign Relations covered the return costs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NBC in Gwinnett County, about 20 miles northeast of Atlanta, Georgia had reported the Police discovered the bodies of a man, the children\u2019s stepfather Jose Ramon Plascencia, and the three children in a vehicle parked on a walking trail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The suspect was identified as Dominican nationalJose Ramon Plasencia, 56, who previously had a relationship with the children\u2019s mother, Karina Rodr\u00edguez. The mother had allowed the stepfather to go with the children as she was taking a son she had with Jose Plascencia to the hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>47-year old Plascencia had migrated to the United States from Villa Liberaci\u00f3n, in La Otra Banda, in Santiago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Family members said that the man had psychological problems and had been depressed for several months.
