Senator Wilton Guerrero has commended National Police Chief Rafael Guillermo Guzman Fermin’s initiative to clean up the National Police and remove officials involved with drug trafficking. But yesterday the Senator suggested the Chief “go a little further” explaining there are generals within the military ranks that serve as “godfathers,” to those who commit crimes, as reported in Hoy.
