The most impactful probably would be making Av. Abraham Lincoln a one-way road in north-south direction, and the parallel Av. Winston Churchill also one way in the alternate south-north direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The authorities understand the changes will reduce traffic congestion and make driving safer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The change of directions is back in the news after the tender for the construction of a train from the capital city to the Las Americas International Airport is taking place.
