The legislation, which passed unanimously in the Chamber of Deputies after receiving clearance from the Senate, now heads to the Executive Branch for final approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bill aims to provide closure to families of the victims who have been unable to move forward with legal and financial matters due to the uncertain status of their loved ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The explosion, which killed 38 people, was caused by a fire at a plastics factory.
