There are nearly 400 meters of wharf available. The project is part of the National Plan for the Construction and Rehabilitation of Fishermen\u2019s Wharfs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the attractions of the Cabo Rojo tourism area is precisely its fresh fish and seafood. The new wharf is a plus and is expected to have a major impact on the well-being of the area fishermen who will now be able to better serve restaurants in the area. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vice President Raquel Pe\u00f1a did the ribbon-cutting honors, accompanied by Jean Luis Rodriguez, the head of the Dominican Port Authority (Apordom).
