The buffer zone incorporates areas in both the National District and the municipality of Santo Domingo East. These are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The perimeter of the buffer zone of the National District (Ordinance 03-2011) begins at the intersection of George Washington Avenue with Presidente Vicini Burgos Boulevard, continuing to Independencia Avenue and Doctor Delgado and Mois\u00e9s Garc\u00eda streets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It continues from the intersection of Manuel Mar\u00eda Castillo Street with 30 de Marzo Street to M\u00e9xico Avenue.
