Her personal best is 48.76 and a season best 49.20. In the 400m Olympic preliminary heats, the top three finishers in each of six races automatically qualify for the semifinals, as well as the next three fastest times, for a total of 18 semifinal qualifiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Dominican government is offering a cash prize of RD$15 million for gold, RD$10 million for silver and RD$8 million for bronze.
