Over a dozen Dominican universities will be participating, showcasing their students&#8217; creativity and culinary skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d8rjan Olsen, director of the Norwegian Seafood Council for the Dominican Republic, highlighted that once again a delegation from Norway has traveled to the country to experience the local competition and immerse themselves in Dominican culture alongside talented culinary students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled to have young students from universities and academies across the country, such as UASD, O&amp;M, PUCMM, Unicaribe, Unphu, Utesa, UCSD, Unapec, Instituto Superior Mariano Moreno, Instituto T\u00e9cnico Superior Comunitario, and Kitchen Center School, participating in this culinary event.
