This is encouraging news.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While critics might call the results \u201ccherry-picking\u201d, any positive news on the educational front is very welcome. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding that area of mathematics known as \u201ccalculations and counting\u201d the study found a 13% improvement in those students who produced \u2018acceptable\u2019 or \u2018satisfactory\u2019 results.
