This is part of what is called the \u201cZero Scrap 2025 Plan\u201d that  consists of taking abandoned vehicles to a scrap yard where they are fed into a huge crusher and sent to recycling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As one of the organizers of the event, the CNTU brought together officials from the Ground Transportation Agency (Digesett) and transportation associations to witness the beginning of the plan.
