Tickets are available online and cost RD$5,000. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the absence of sight, the production engages the audience&#8217;s senses of sound, smell, touch, and taste to create an immersive experience. The audience experiences the performance through heightened senses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Teatro Ciego technique originated in 1991 in C\u00f3rdoba, Argentina, inspired by meditation techniques practiced in Tibetan Zen temples. In 2008, Gerardo Bentatti and Mart\u00edn Bondone established the Centro Argentino de Teatro Ciego, the first theater in the world dedicated to performances in complete darkness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teatro Ciego is recognized as a project of Social and Cultural Interest by the Legislature of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and has received awards for promoting accessible art.
