The fund, a joint initiative of the Ministry of Culture and the National Council for the Promotion and Support of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (Promipyme), seeks to bolster the nation&#8217;s orange economy and promote circular economy practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minister of Culture, Roberto \u00c1ngel Salcedo, and Fabricio G\u00f3mez Mazara, director of Promipyme, unveiled the program on Wednesday, 5 March 2025 at the Ministry of Culture headquarters.
