This is the Dominican Republic&#8217;s largest fatality causer, outside of natural disasters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The government has entrusted the Onesvie to prepare the official report. Likewise, the Attorney General Office prosecutors are carrying out investigations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the meantime, engineer Piter Bonilla has presented a preliminary report with the possible causes.
