The objective is to strengthen judicial ties between member countries and generate common strategies for a more modern, accessible, and humane justice system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>President Luis Abinader will officially declare the summit open. Accompanying him will be Henry Molina, president of the Supreme Court of Justice and temporary secretary of the summit; Elena Mart\u00ednez Rosso, minister of the Supreme Court of Uruguay and permanent secretary of the CJI; and Andr\u00e9s Allamand, Ibero-American Secretary General.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The key themes of the conference are digital justice, ethics and transparency.
