The legislation now returns to the Senate for review of the amendments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bill aims to create and define the structure and responsibilities of the new ministry, that the government says will strengthen the country&#8217;s justice system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to one of its provisions, the Ministry of Justice will serve as the executive body responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and implementing powers delegated by the Constitution and laws to the Executive Branch.
