An estimated 16,000 persons already live in the eastern suburb, an area designed for 25,000 apartments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The vice minister for investment projects of the Presidency, Camel Curi Lora has explained that the new cultural center will have rooms where music, dance, visual arts and drama will be taught.
