All of the appointed diplomats bring extensive experience in bilateral and multilateral diplomacy, having previously held positions in international missions and foreign affairs ministries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambassadors presented:<br>Lorea Arribalzaga Ceballos \u2013 Kingdom of Spain<br>A seasoned Spanish diplomat, Arribalzaga has served in key posts in Italy, Ecuador, and Costa Rica, and held senior roles in Spain&#8217;s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Prior to her new appointment, she was Ambassador to Slovakia since 2021. She holds a postgraduate degree in Public Leadership from IESE and specializes in international trade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rosalie Kama Niamayoua \u2013 Republic of the Congo<br>Currently the Ambassador to Cuba since 2018, Kama also serves concurrently in Nicaragua and Costa Rica. With a doctorate in Chemistry from Marien Ngouabi University and academic training in France, she is also the current dean of the African Diplomatic Corps in Havana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ervin Bushati \u2013 Republic of Albania<br>Albania\u2019s ambassador to the United States since 2023, Bushati is also concurrently accredited to several Latin American countries, including the Dominican Republic. A former member of the Albanian Parliament, he served on committees for Foreign Affairs and Economic Policy and has been involved in European parliamentary diplomacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rusla Novruz o\u011flu Rzayev \u2013 Republic of Azerbaijan<br>With a strong academic and diplomatic background, Rzayev has worked in Azerbaijan\u2019s foreign ministry and served in embassies in Argentina, Uruguay, Italy, and Cuba. He holds degrees in International Relations and International Security, and speaks five languages, including Spanish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muhammad Radzi Bin Jamaludin \u2013 Federation of Malaysia<br>A career diplomat with postings in Canada, Germany, Chile, and more, Radzi brings deep experience in consular services, finance, and foreign policy. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and holds a public administration diploma from INTAN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Everlyne Nwenda Karissa \u2013 Republic of Kenya<br>Karissa, currently serving as Kenya\u2019s ambassador to Cuba, holds a master\u2019s degree in Gender and Development from the University of Nairobi and a first-class honors degree in Cultural Studies. Her diplomatic work has focused on social development and international cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jolanta Janek \u2013 Republic of Poland<br>A veteran Polish diplomat with over three decades of service, Janek has held posts in Rome, Malta, and within Poland\u2019s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. With a doctorate in Economics, she currently serves as Minister Plenipotentiary in the Department of European Policy.
