The Ministry of Education (MINERD) announced Tuesday, 30 September 2025, that an investigation confirmed a music video with vulgar content was filmed inside a public school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In response, the Ministry announced the suspension of several school staff \u2014coordinators and administrative personnel\u2014 for investigative purposes. They are being held responsible for the improper use of school facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ministry stated that the filming of the video constitutes a direct violation of the formation and education in values, as well as the integrity and the best interest of children and adolescents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consequently, the Ministry of Education says it is filing a formal complaint with the Public Ministry to identify all those responsible and determine the extent of each individual’s criminal liability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, the education authority announced it will ask the National Commission of Public Shows for a total ban on the material’s distribution to prevent its continued circulation and its negative impact on the educational community and society at large.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The institution also announced the formation of a special commission tasked with reviewing the current law and proposing recommendations to toughen the applicable sanctions in similar cases, thereby strengthening the protection of school spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
