Jhael Isa, head of the Trust for the Development of Mass Transit in the Dominican Republic (Fitram), made the announcement late last week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is due to a slight change in the path of the monorail system between a residential area and the Pontifical Catholic University Madre y Maestra.
