The National Council of the Magistracy (CNM) announced on Tuesday, 2 December 2025 in Santo Domingo, following a meeting at the Presidential Palace, the ratification of three judges for the Superior Electoral Court (TSE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ygnacio Camacho Hidalgo was ratified to continue as president, and Pedro Pablo Yermenos and Fernando Fern\u00e1ndez Cruz were confirmed as members for another four years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, in the same session, the CNM selected Rafaelina Peralta and Lenis Garc\u00eda Guzm\u00e1n as new members for the TSE. This final decision came after evaluating the profiles of the aspirants over four rounds of sessions. Peralta Arias is a past member of the TSE and the Central Electoral Board (JCE).
