The Dominican Republic is a prime Caribbean destination for major live music in 2026. Following a wave of announcements starting in late 2025, several global icons and Latin music legends have already locked in their dates for the upcoming year, Listin Diario reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From pop and electronic to urban and rock, here are several of the international stars and festivals booked for the Dominican Republic in 2026:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Global superstars & pop icons
\u2022 Morrissey: The legendary English singer is scheduled for a historic performance at the Altos de Chav\u00f3n Amphitheater on 25 January 2026.
\u2022 David Guetta: One of the world\u2019s most famous DJs will bring his “Monolith Tour” to Santo Domingo at the Estadio Quisqueya on 26 March 2026.
\u2022 Chayanne: The Puerto Rican “King of Latin Pop” returns with his “Bailemos Otra Vez Tour” on 11 April 2026, at Estadio Quisqueya in Santo Domingo
\u2022 Ed Sheeran: The British pop sensation will make his Dominican Republic debut on 9 May 2026, at the Estadio Quisqueya in Santo Domingo as part of his “Loop Tour.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Latin & Urban Legends
\u2022 Juan Luis Guerra: The country’s most beloved artist will perform a massive show at Estadio Cibao in Santiago on 20 and 21 February 2026.
\u2022 Yandel: For a unique twist, the urban star will perform a “Symphonic” show alongside the National Symphony Orchestra at Altos de Chav\u00f3n in La Romana (Casa de Campo) on 28 February 2026.
\u2022 Kany Garc\u00eda: The Puerto Rican singer-songwriter will celebrate Mother\u2019s Day weekend with a performance on 30 May 2026, at Estadio Quisqueya.
\u2022 Los Tigres del Norte: The iconic Mexican group will bring their regional sounds to the Feria Ganadera in Santo Domingo on 16 May 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Festival Presidente 2026: After nearly a decade-long hiatus, the government and Cervecer\u00eda Nacional Dominicana confirmed the return of this massive event. While the specific lineup is still under wraps, it is the most anticipated music event of the year. The Festival will be in Santo Domingo, most likely at the Felix Sanchez Olympic Stadium. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
