He is suspect of being a front for Puerto Rican drug trafficking fugitive Jose David Figueroa Agosto. Smester reportedly drove a black Porsche said to belong to the Puerto Rican. <\/p>\n<p> As reported in El Dia, the authorities confiscated a gun found in Smester&#8217;s possession that had been illegally authorized by an unnamed Police colonel.
