The plan guarantees 100% free, high-quality medical coverage for all participating athletes, delegations, and visitors across the various host venues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SNS director Julio C\u00e9sar Landr\u00f3n detailed the initiative during the International Congress of Sports Medicine, held at the Dominican Sports Hall of Fame on 4 May 2026. Dr. Landr\u00f3n emphasized that since the Dominican Republic was designated as the host, the institution has undergone a sustained expansion of its operational capacity to meet international standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key medical facilities for the Games<br>The health network comprises over 40 hospitals specifically prepared for the event. This network is designed to provide immediate response and advanced medical care:<br>\u2022 Primary Referral Center: The Dr. Luis Eduardo Aybar Health City in the Distrito Nacional will serve as the main command and referral hub.
