The newspaper reports that under the PetroCaribe agreement, the country has a quota of up to 50,000 barrels a day of fuel, with financing of 1% annual interest and 20 years to pay. But in reality, the DR purchases around 25,000-30,000 barrels of fuel from Venezuela, says Rafael Lopez, director of the hydrocarbon department of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. <\/p>\n
