The DR has won the Latin American Table Tennis Championship held in Santo Domingo. The Dominicans notched up 325 points for 17 medals, including 2 gold, 5 silver and 10 bronze. 17 nations were competing in the tournament. Puerto Rico came second with 250 points, including 5 gold, 2 silver and 3 bronze medals. Peru was third with 165 points, one gold, 3 silver and 3 bronze medals.<\/p>\n
