The President announced RD$400 million worth of spending for the remainder of the year. He said RD$370 million would go towards the construction of plant nurseries for farm products and RD$20 million for loans to small businesses, at an interest rate of 10%. The loans will be made through Promipyme, the government body that supports small and medium sized businesses.<\/p>\n
Fernandez said that the Juan Pablo Duarte public school at Comendador and a high school in Juan Santiago municipality would be completed, as reported in Diario Libre.
