However, according to Diario Libre, the agency has violated a series of legal requirements by allowing the Sinergit-Active Software company to carry out the contract. Sinergit-Active Software is the new name for Datocentro, the company that let down the Central Electoral Board (JCE) when implementing a civil registry contract. &#8220;The same executives and the same way of doing business&#8221;, comments Diario Libre. The &#8220;winning bid&#8221; submitted by Sinergit was more than US$800,000 higher than the second place bid entered by the Novosit company.
