Sinergit-Active Software is the new name for Datocentro, the company that let down the Central Electoral Board (JCE) when implementing a civil registry contract. “The same executives and the same way of doing business”, comments Diario Libre. The “winning bid” submitted by Sinergit was more than US$800,000 higher than the second place bid entered by the Novosit company.
