Accumulated inflation for the first eight months of the year is now at 7.28% and annualized inflation, measured from August 2010 to August 2011, is at 10.18%. <\/p>\n<p> The Central Bank says that the rise reflects seasonal increases in school tuition. The Central Bank says that the education indicators were responsible for 26.82% of the increase.
