The ship was detected by a Police FURA unit at around 10:30pm, near Cabo Rojo in Puerto Rico. The men on board have been named as 60-year old Rafael Almeida Martinez and 48-year old Orlando De Jesus Salvador, said to be from Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. The drugs were found hidden in a compartment, reported FURA director Lieutenant Colonel Edwin Rosado Morales.<\/p>\n<p> El Nuevo Dia of Puerto Rico says the drugs have a market value of US$2.4 million. The police informed the Border Patrol of the finding.
