Listin Diario says that warrants have been issued for the interrogations of several people on the list, including the alleged leader of the gang of hackers, a man who lives on Enriquillo Avenue in the Cacigazgos sector of Santo Domingo. Hacking and other internet-related crimes are covered under the Dominican Constitution, in Article 44.
