It concludes that the<br \/>\ninternational community must not turn its back on Haiti&#8217;s problems and leave the Dominican Republic to cope on its own. The report also<br \/>\nhighlights the discrimination that Haitians suffer in the DR, many unable to obtain naturalization, despite having lived here for<br \/>\ndecades.
