The anti-drug agency DNCD reported that Victor Hugo Sanchez was known to be piloting the plane together with police captain Anthony Eduardo Leyba Perez. The plane had taken off en route to Las Americas International when it fell near the Constanza airport for unknown reasons. After the case, the DNCD said that it was part of operations of an international drug ring and that Leyba Perez was acting as an infiltrator on behalf of the DNCD. <\/p>\n
