For many years, news reports have pointing to hundreds of political appointments in foreign missions, including people who are appointed to foreign embassies but spend most of their time in the Dominican Republic. Many embassies have more staff appointed than they have space. <\/p>\n<p> Following a meeting with President Danilo Medina and a delegation from the United Nations Mission for the Stabilization of Haiti (MINUSTAH), the Minister of Foreign Relations, Carlos Morales Troncoso said that he is in favor of the measure.
