He said 92% of appointees are from the PLD. &#8220;There are 350 vice consuls. I do not believe we (the Reformistas) have 24 of these vice consuls. There are 45 consuls and I do not believe we have even four,&#8221; he said. Morales Troncoso made the comments following a statement by Minister of Economy Temistocles Montas about &#8220;a significant&#8221; reduction in foreign service appointees.
