Deputies are deeply divided about the bill, with the 79 members from the PRD and their allies warning they will vote against it.<\/p>\n<p> Ramon Rogelio Genao from the PRSC, a close PLD ally, pointed out that in order to be passed the bill only needs to be approved by a simple majority, in other words 50% plus one.
