The judiciary has incarcerated the program&#8217;s former director, Luis Ynchausti, and former administrative secretaries of the Presidency, Diandino Pe&ntilde;a and Sim&oacute;n Lizardo, in addition to former budget director Haivanjoe Ng Corti&ntilde;as have bans from traveling abroad.
